 The term Nowruz in writing first appeared in historical Persian records in the 2nd century AD, but it was also an important day during the time of the Achaemenids (c. 550–330 BCE), where kings from different nations under the Persian Empire used to bring gifts to the Emperor, also called King of Kings , of Persia on Nowruz. The significance of Nowruz in the Achaemenid Empire was such that the great Persian king Cambyses II's appointment as the king of Babylon was legitimized only after his participation in the New Year festival (Nowruz)

The UN's General Assembly in 2010 recognized the International Day of Nowruz, describing it as a spring festival of Persian origin which has been celebrated for over 3,000 years

Nowruz around the world

Nowruz is celebrated in Greater Iran, Caucasus, Central Asia and by Iranians worldwide. It is a public holiday in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan,Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and India. Also the Canadian parliament by unanimous consent, has passed a bill to add Nowruz to the national calendar of Canada, on March 30, 2009

In Albania Sultan Newruz is celebrated as a mainly mystical day by the Bektashi sect, and there are special ceremonies in the Tekke led by the clergy and large meals are served there. They celebrate this day as the birthday of Ali. Also all Albanians celebrate a secular version of Nowruz, called Spring Day. Nowruz is also celebrated by Kurdish people in Iraq and Turkey as well as by Baltistan in the Pakistan and Parsis in the Indian subcontinent Other notable celebrations take place by Iranians around the world, such as Los Angeles, Toronto, Cologne and in United Kingdom, mainly in London. But because Los Angeles is prone to devastating fires, there are very strict fire codes in the city

ترجمه بروش گشتاری

دستور گشتاری مبتنی بر ریاضی جدید (x---->y) است و هیچ استثنا ندارد و پایه های ان جهانی (UG) است .

سیستم چامسکی (Noam chamskey) :روش ترجمه ماشینی - هوش مصنوعی بر مبنای همین نظریه چامسکی است .

نظریه گشتاری بر مبنای دولایه است :

1- جمله زیر ساختDEEP STRUCTURE :

 2- جمله روساخت (فیزیکی )SUFACE STRUCTURE:

 گشتار : مجموعه قواعد و ساختارهای بین جمله زیر ساخت و روساخت .

نکته: جمله زیر ساخت همان ذهنیات ماست که در ذهن ماست و هنوز بزبان جاری نشده و جمله رو ساخت همان جملاتی است که بزبان جاری می شود.

دستورگشتاری : از صورت زیر ساخت به صورت رو ساخت در آوردن .

اجزا دستور گشتاری :

1- روابط معنایی (semantic & meaning)

2- وازگان وقواعد زیر مقوله ای (lexical & subcategorical rules)

3- قواعد گروه ساختی [PHRASE STRUCTURE RULES(PSR)]

انواع گشتارها :

1- گشتارحذف

2- گشتار درج

3- گشتار جابجایی

4- گشتار جایگزینی

ابتدا یاد میگیریم گشتارها را حذف کنیم .

و برای یادگیری فن ترجمه ابتدا باید قواعد زیر ساختی زبان انگلیسی را یاد بگیریم و سپس بهمراه یاد گیری قواعد زبان فارسی ، یاد میگیریم که آنرا به قواعد گروه ساختی زبان فارسی بر گردانیم .

به ساختار جمله سنتی توجه کنید :

S ---à Subject + verb + object + adverb of manner + adverb of place +adverb of time

که بجز فعل بقیه در حقیقت اسم هستند .

قابل توجه است که در یک جمله انگلیسی کلمات یک اسم هستند یا فعل .( صفات و قیود هم بنوعی اسم هستند .)

پس ساختار جمله انگلیسی ( بنا به دستور گشتاری ):

1- اسم

2- فعل
